Daily 2 hr. lessons on: Surfing, Acro Yoga, Massage Therapy and Contact Improvisation
The Soulsurf Team of teachers/inspirators are coming from the fields of surfing, yoga/acro yoga, contact improvisation and massage therapy, help to create a space where learning experiences, healing and beauty can unfold. We will live right next to the ocean with a wonderful terasse and a fantastic sea view.
Daily Schedule:
Before breakfast there will be “morning yawning” – a joyful session of mobilization exercises, breathwork and meditation. Depending on the weather and water conditions, either the first or the second half of the day is reserved for surfing (2h lesson). The other half of the day is for “somatic experiencing” on land, meaning holistic bodywork/massage therapy, contact improvisation and acro yoga. Each teacher will give about a 2h session every day.
You decide whether you go for everything the teachers offer, or if you prefer to “skip” something to read, chill out, go for a beach walk, contemplate or do whatever you long for.After dinner there will be open space/jam time – the possibility to integrate, play, dance, massage and letting the day fade out in a beautiful way.
